Who is eligible for services?

Anyone 18 years of age or older. Target patients should be from Allegany, Garrett, Mineral, & Bedford counties. Patients will be eligible for services by appointment only!!!

How do I get an appointment?

Appointment times will primarily be assigned through a Call-In System. Those wishing to make an appointment at the clinic may call 301-784-7094 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13th, Wednesday, October 14th, and Thursday, October 15th (if needed). The phone number for appointments will be activated on Tuesday, October 13th, and will be disconnected by Friday, October 16th. Phone lines go live on October 13th starting at 8:30am and appointments are first call first assigned. When calling in specify if you want a cleaning OR dental work such as fillings or extractions. Please note that if you make an appointment, we do expect that you will keep it as the need in the area is much greater than the number of slots we will have for the clinic. The event is expected to serve between 350 and 400 patients.

What services are provided?

This clinic is not meant to provide comprehensive dental care. Patients will receive one or more of the following services: extraction, restoration (fillings) or cleanings. There will also be a very limited number of spots for denture relines, repairs, and 1-2 teeth flippers. If you call in wanting dental work and cleaning appointments are only left, be sure to take one!! If you are having dental issues, you are probably overdue for a professional cleaning.

Who provides the services?

All dental services are provided by volunteers who are board-registered dental and medical professionals.

What is the daily process?

Patients will be seen starting at 7AM each day by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Patients must arrive 1.5 hours early to their appointment to get through Patient Registration, Medical Screening, and X-ray.

Directions From I-68:

Take exit 42 for US-220 South/Green Street toward McCoole/Keyser WV. Follow signs for US-220 South/Fairgrounds and merge onto Greene St/US-220 S. Continue to follow US-220 South and turn left at Moss Ave. Destination will be on the left.
